The Landlord MEES Compliance Report is digital content delivered instantly. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and waived the 14 day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

We refund in full when

The report could not be generated, you were charged twice, or the report is materially defective because of an error on our side (Consumer Rights Act 2015). A result of "no record found" for a layer is a valid, delivered result. The absence of a designation is itself the information you paid for, and it is not a defect.

Email support@jagatitlimited.com with your order id within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 working days.
